For clients 18+ A government issued photo I.D. is required for service. -Driver’s License -Passport -Military I.D. Are a few examples. Identification must not be damaged. I cannot accept a photo or photocopy of identification. For minors 10-17 years of age A parent must be present with minor. With -Original Birth Certificate -Parent’s I.D. (Refer to above specifications for examples of acceptable I.D.) -Identification for minor (Driver’s License, Passport, or the current years School I.D.) Identification must not be damaged. I cannot accept a photo or photocopy of identification or birth certificate. Parent and minor’s names must match birth certificate. The above follows the state’s current regulations in regards to receiving a piercing service. Understand most piercings are anatomy dependent meaning not every person has the right anatomy to support that piercing. If the description says an anatomy check is required then be sure to think of a back up piercing that we can do. - I’m Sarah Shropshire a professional Body Piercer currently located in the DFW area. I work out of Fearless Tattoos in Duncanville, Texas. I started piercing in 2023 at Fearless Tattoos and have spent my time since to continue expanding my knowledge about piercings. I love to help clients gain new confidence with these types of body modifications. Whether it is their first piercing or their tenth piercing. I strive to provide a safe and sterile environment so clients feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
